A move for PSG midfielder Manuel Ugarte (23, PSG) is imminent. Ugarte and his agent Jorge Mendes were spotted meeting with United officials at an upscale restaurant in Manchester on Sept. 29, according to a report by The Sun.
The two sides reportedly finalized an agreement on a contract. United will pay £42.2 million ($74.1 million) up front, with an additional £8.5 million ($14.9 million) based on performance. Ugarte has already completed a medical on Sept. 29.
