The South Korea Under-18 Women’s National Basketball Team has defeated Malaysia in the FIBA Asia Cup.
South Korea, led by head coach Kang Byung-soo, defeated Malaysia 75-35, 40 points in the final Group A game of the 26th FIBA U-18 Women’s Asia Cup in Shenzhen, China on Saturday.

Korea competed in Group A against Chinese Taipei, Australia and Malaysia.
After defeating Chinese Taipei in the first round, Korea lost to Australia and then defeated Malaysia to secure third place in Group A with a 2-1 record.
